Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to come and join our friendly and vibrant team at Southend Airport Vets4Pets to start as soon as possible.

Our well-equipped, RCVS-accredited surgery, is based inside Pets at Home at the Airport Business Park on Rochford Road, close to an excellent selection of local amenities and public transport links. You will be joining practice owner and veterinary surgeon, Carlo De Vito, who graduated in Italy in 1998 and has a special interest in orthopaedic procedures. Supporting Carlo are his friendly and experienced team of 2 other Veterinary Surgeons, 2 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Student Nurses, Practice Manager and 3 Client Care Advisors.

By joining us, you’ll become part of a surgery who pride ourselves on having a welcoming working environment and gold standard clinical care whilst also offering a good work/life balance.

We are looking for an experienced and independent Veterinary Surgeon (minimum 10 years qualified) to join us full time. Weekend work will also be required on a rota basis.

You will have had excellent surgical experience, be able to work your own case load with no support, and be confident in working sole charge. For the right candidate a very generous salary is available (£60,000-£80,000).
