Registered Veterinary Nurse, Full Time – Leicester Beaumont Leys

Our team at Leicester Beaumont Leys is growing and we now an exciting opportunity at our small animal practice for an enthusiastic RVN to join our friendly and welcoming team. 

Based at the busy Beaumont Leys Shopping Centre in the Pets at Home store, we can offer a fantastic location to work, as well as boasting some state of the art equipment which includes digital x-ray, ultrasound, multi-parameter machine for theatre and separate dog/cat and exotic wards. 

We are a welcoming team of 4 vets, 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, 2 kennels assistants, 1 assistant practice manager and 3 receptionists. Our Partners, Sameer and Shabbir, have a number of years experience between them and are both practical, proactive and very approachable enabling great relationships and fostering opportunities. 

We see a wide variety of nursing cases so you should have a genuine passion for your role, and animal welfare. You will have good general nursing experience and great customer service skills, be cheerful, down-to-earth and enthusiastic. You will need to be a team player with outstanding communication skills and the ability to give and take feedback constructively.

This a full time position of 40 hours per week with a shared weekend rota of 1 in 3 with no OOHs.
