Surgery Information / Job Description

If you are an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon looking to join a warm and friendly team then we have the perfect role for you, here at Walton-On-Thames Vets4Pets!

You will have the opportunity to work alongside 3 experienced Vets, 2 Nurses, 2 SVNs 1 VCA and 3 Receptionists who are led by Partner and Vet, Roger Bralow who is a certificate holder in Cert in SAP, SAS and Cardio. The bright spacious practice is purpose built to industry leading standards and located in the large, affluent market town on Walton on Thames, situated near the river Thames and with only a 25 minute train journey to Central London.

Person Specification

Our team prides themselves on building meaningful relationships with their clients, and treating all pets as they would treat their own, so you should be enthusiastic and motivated to help us continue to deliver gold standard healthcare to our patients and help us maintain the excellent reputation we have built. You should also be friendly, down to earth, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills. You will enjoy building relationships with clients and have a good bedside manner.

You will have the opportunity for both surgical and medical cases and enjoy the growing and varying caseload. A high number of clients are insured, allowing you to work cases up to a high standard. There will be occasional sole charge, so you should feel confident and comfortable with this.

This role is full or part time, with just 1 in 3 weekends and no OOHs!
