Veterinary Surgeon - Full Time - Thurrock, Essex

Our growing, three year old practice based in Thurrock is looking for a friendly and forward thinking Veterinary Surgeon to join us. As part of this, there is also the exciting opportunity to become a Joint Venture Partner. Our practice is based at the busy Lakeside Retail Park in the heart of Thurrock which is easily accessible by car and public transport and we offer free onsite parking.

 

You will be joining a friendly and talented team made up of 3 vets, 2 RVN’s, 1 Student Nurse, 3 Veterinary Care Assistants and a Practice Manager.

 

Our spacious surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards with state of the art equipment including dedicated operating theatre, ultra sound, in-house laboratory and digital radiographs.

You will be confident with all routine surgical and medical cases and enjoy building relationships with patients and clients. You will have clinical freedom and the opportunity to work with a varied and loyal client base, working up cases to a high standard.

 

This is a full time role with a weekend rota of 1 in 3, with a view to move to 1 in 4, and no OOHs. Due to the experience within the existing team, we can consider applications from recently qualified Vets as well as experienced Vets.
