Surgery Information / Job Description

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our Bradford Idle practice. An established practice for over 18 years, offering easy parking and all the modern toys you would expect of a new practice, including digital x-ray, lab, ultrasound, BP monitor and endoscope.

You will be joining Tamsin Chance’s vibrant and friendly team of 4 Vets, 3 RVNs and 5 non-clinical colleagues who work in a collaborative and caring way. By becoming part of our team, working alongside 2 surgery Certificate holders (CertSAS), you’ll become part of a strong surgery dedicated to providing the highest standards of care to clients and their pets. Our Veterinary Partner has complete clinical freedom and you will have the support and benefits of working for the Vet Group.

We have full or part time (minimum 36 hours) hours available plus 1 in 3 weekends, on a 12 month fixed term contract. 

Person Specification

Our Vet Nurses need to have good general veterinary nursing experience, excellent customer service skills, be bubbly and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in animal welfare and enjoy the variety provided by the clients and colleagues alike.
 
For the right candidate, there may be potential of being made a permanent member of staff at the end of the contract.
